Nina M. Parker has more than 40 years of experience in consumer and corporate bankruptcy. Her practice concentrates on small business and individual Chapter 11 reorganizations and on small and family business restructuring, and she consults on all areas of insolvency law.
Her clients range from sole proprietorships and family businesses to large companies in many industries. She represents individuals and family-owned and closely held businesses in reorganizing to save their homes and businesses, through negotiation or through bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 cases.
Ms. Parker lectures frequently on small business and individual reorganization and on consumer and business bankruptcy for the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bankers Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, New England School of Law, the Flaschner Institute and the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
