Michelle L.P. Alston (alston@mandkllp.com) is the firm’s bankruptcy and litigation paralegal. She has been a paralegal for over 30 years, 23 of them with David Madoff. Ms. Alston has worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for Cohn Khoury Madoff & Whitesell LLP in Boston; Mirick, O’Connell, DeMallie & Lougee, LLP and Jillian K. Aylward, Esq. Ms. Alston received her B.S. in 1994 from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell and currently assists David Madoff, a member of a panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Massachusetts, Eastern Division.
